Before I am anything, I am a Christian.

I’m also a personal trainer and theological student.

In my personal training I specialise in sports-specific conditioning, high intensity interval training (not the “join us for HIIT class!” training, but the real 1:8 H.I.I.T. training), and exercise for beginners, overweight, unfit, and/or restricted ability peoples. Everyone can (and needs to) exercise; it’s about finding what works for you.

I drink cappuccinos if sitting in, but flat whites if taking away, I love dogs probably more than a healthy amount, I enjoy climbing trees and hanging out on mountains, and when I was 7 years old I seriously considered a future career in being an outlaw.
God never got back to me on that; I assume he’s still considering it.
